briefti/ˈbriːf.ti/
Every incoming support ticket gets a complete context briefing — sourced from GitHub, Jira and your docs, plus a draft response — in seconds. Not a chatbot. A briefing for your team.
No credit card — connect your tools, or just upload a doc
How it works
A real ticket flows through Briefti. The customer gets a reply in seconds, your agent gets a complete briefing, and nothing leaves without approval — so support feels fast without ever cutting corners.
Pulls the raw email apart, strips signatures and noise, and turns it into a clean, structured ticket the moment it lands.
Orders stopped processing this morning. Customers can't complete checkout — cart empties at payment. Severity: high · Area: checkout.
Searches your code, issue tracker, monitoring, docs and past tickets all at once — then surfaces only what's actually relevant to this one.
Drafts an acknowledgement the moment the ticket lands, so the customer hears back in seconds and never feels the wait — even while the rest of the work happens behind the scenes.
"Hi, thanks for letting us know — we can see that orders aren't going through and we've made this our top priority right now. Someone is on it already, and we'll get back to you very shortly with an update."
Sorts the ticket into bug, feature request or config issue — and always shows its confidence and reasoning, never a black box.
Reasoning: checkout failure correlates with PR #412 merged 6h before first report; matches open ticket DEV-634.
Writes a real answer for the customer grounded in the sources above — every claim cited, ready for your agent to send in one click.
"Hi, thank you so much for your patience. Good news — we've found what was stopping orders from going through, and our team is fixing it as we speak. We'll email you the moment everything is back to normal. Apologies for the disruption, and thanks again for flagging it so quickly."
Opens a developer ticket pre-filled with the findings and a ready-to-paste AI fix prompt — in Jira, or any tracker you use like Linear.
Checkout: cart session cleared before payment webhook resolves
PR #412 replaced the synchronous payment confirmation with an async webhook; cart session is cleared before the webhook resolves, emptying the basket on slow responses.
clearCartSession(cartId) out of onPaymentInit() and call it only inside the payment.succeeded webhook handler (line ~142). Wrap the await in a 30s timeout; on failure, keep the session and emit checkout.retry instead of clearing. What you get
The customer hears back immediately while your agent reviews the full brief. No ticket sits silent.
Each statement links to a real commit, PR, Jira issue or doc. If it isn't in a source, it isn't in the brief.
Nothing is ever sent automatically. Every brief and draft waits for your agent to read, edit and approve.
Bugs arrive at engineering with an investigation note and an AI fix prompt — not a forwarded email.
When Briefti isn't sure, it says so and requests more detail instead of guessing. The score is always shown.

Tickets flow in from wherever customers reach you. Briefti treats your code, docs and every past ticket as a single knowledge base — one that gets richer every time your team resolves something. No engineers required to start.
