Brief your team
before they reply.

Every incoming support ticket gets a complete context briefing — sourced from GitHub, Jira and your docs, plus a draft response — in seconds. Not a chatbot. A briefing for your team.

How it works

How Briefti briefs your team.

A real ticket flows through Briefti. The customer gets a reply in seconds, your agent gets a complete briefing, and nothing leaves without approval — so support feels fast without ever cutting corners.

SubjectURGENT — orders aren't going through
"Since this morning no orders are processing. Customers can't complete checkout — the cart empties at payment. Please help, this is costing us sales."
1
Reads the ticket

Pulls the raw email apart, strips signatures and noise, and turns it into a clean, structured ticket the moment it lands.

Cleaned ticket

Orders stopped processing this morning. Customers can't complete checkout — cart empties at payment. Severity: high · Area: checkout.

2
Finds the context

Searches your code, issue tracker, monitoring, docs and past tickets all at once — then surfaces only what's actually relevant to this one.

DEV-661 Bug To Do High

Checkout: cart session cleared before payment webhook resolves

PR #412 replaced the synchronous payment confirmation with an async webhook; cart session is cleared before the webhook resolves, emptying the basket on slow responses.

// AI fix prompt · checkout.tsGitHub connected
Move clearCartSession(cartId) out of onPaymentInit() and call it only inside the payment.succeeded webhook handler (line ~142). Wrap the await in a 30s timeout; on failure, keep the session and emit checkout.retry instead of clearing.

What you get

Built for support teams that can't keep customers waiting.

01

Briefed in seconds

The customer hears back immediately while your agent reviews the full brief. No ticket sits silent.

02

Sources, always cited

Each statement links to a real commit, PR, Jira issue or doc. If it isn't in a source, it isn't in the brief.

03

You stay in control

Nothing is ever sent automatically. Every brief and draft waits for your agent to read, edit and approve.

04

Developer-ready handoff

Bugs arrive at engineering with an investigation note and an AI fix prompt — not a forwarded email.

05

Smart when context is missing

When Briefti isn't sure, it says so and requests more detail instead of guessing. The score is always shown.

06

Works without integrations

No code, no integrations, no dev team? Upload your help docs and Briefti works from day one. Connect the rest whenever you're ready.

Connects to your stack

Your whole stack, working as one.

Tickets flow in from wherever customers reach you. Briefti treats your code, docs and every past ticket as a single knowledge base — one that gets richer every time your team resolves something. No engineers required to start.

It gets smarter with every ticket.

Each ticket your team resolves becomes searchable knowledge for the next one, so the same question is never researched from scratch twice. The more your team uses it, the faster and sharper it gets — with or without a single integration connected.

Brief every ticket. Reply faster.
